Life’s journey takes us through such a wild tangled landscape of changing roles and identities, relationships and disconnection, jobs that come and go, infertility and families… and we often lose track of our own evolving selves.
Mid life, mid stride, suddenly we realize we’ve lost track of who we are. We often find that who we have become is not exactly the same person as who we were last time we truly took time to connect with ourselves.
Maybe we are still carrying stories from our past about who we are, what we are and are not capable of, what we like and don’t like, what we ache for, what we were supposed to be when we grow up.
What if those stories are no longer true?
What if we outgrew those stories long ago?
What if we took some time to come home to where we are now, who we are now?
What if we create new stories that reflect the richness of who we’ve become, and support our highest and best as we move forward through the richness of the years to come?
Come, join me for a long weekend in beautiful New England in late October.
We’ll be exploring and reconnecting with who we are now through journaling and storytelling, mindfulness and playfulness in a safe, mutually supportive space.
Location: Beautiful Southern New Hampshire in late Autumn
